Crystal Buchmann holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Bible and a Masters of Science degree in
Christian Counseling from Cairn University.
By desiring to serve, empathize, and connect with those who come in for therapy, Crystal blends
clinical techniques such as rational, emotional, behavioral therapy (REBT), client-centered therapy,
and biblical techniques, relying on the Holy Spirit to lead her to where He is already at work in their
lives. Her goal is to help people achieve their reasons for coming to therapy, but also to gently point
them to Jesus Christ who is the true healer and author of lasting change.
Crystal is originally from South Portland, Maine and is married to Jordan, a worship pastor at their
church. She enjoys ballroom dancing and singing with her husband, as well as Zumba, baking and
playing board games with friends and family.
